The dAHLer performance axle-back exhaust system for the BMW M8 Competition comes with a high-performance muffler and 2 exhaust flaps, with no drone on the highway and a much more aggressive sound than the stock muffler; still be perfectly liveable for daily driving though.

No check engine lights, no re-programming of your car or anything silly is required after installation. The dAHLer exhaust system for the M8 Competition is compatible with left and right hand drive models as well as cars with and without OPF. Approved and tested by German TUV, this system comes with a European Homologation according to the latest emission standards and is EPA compliant (USA).

Under normal driving conditions, the valve-controlled performance muffler stays closed, and the dAHLer performance exhaust system is quite unassuming – nobody will even suspect your car even has an aftermarket performance exhaust system or muffler. But, when you open up the throttle, the valve-controlled system opens up the exhaust flap, and the performance exhaust system gives your M8 a menacing growl.

Axle-Back Exhaust System:

  • High-quality German-made stainless steel performance exhaust system with 2 exhaust flaps.
  • Includes connecting pipes front and new front resonator with pressure equalization.
  • Comes with 2 black matte double round exhaust tips left and right (4 in total), Ø 101 inches each.
  • Double valve-controlled, right / left with no drone on the highway – a much more aggressive sound than the stock muffler but still be perfectly liveable for daily driving.
  • Awesome sound and a noticeable bump in performance.
  • Works with original valve control of the vehicle! Use of the stock actuator drive/exhaust flap system
  • Necessary mounting hardware included
