Powerflex’s PFF5-4020 Engine Mount Inserts are a two-piece kit made using their yellow 70A durometer material, designed to fill the voiding of the OE rubber mount to limit drivetrain movement and sharpen throttle response. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted.

These are a true must for all big power, and/or hard-used E8X 135i, E9X 335i, M2 (OG), M135i/M235i/335i/435i or M140i/M240i/340i/440i the N54, N55 or B58 engine.
