RS Ghigo S55 PCV Delete Kit (compatible with N55/B58 with slight alteration).

RS Ghigo’s kit is designed for all S55 engines found in the F87 M2 Competition, F80 M3 & F82/F83 M4.
Stock or tuned, the OEM PCV can’t cope with the excess heat, release the vapourised oil fast enough or deal with increased crankcase pressures in tuned engines –  this results in PCV diaphragm failure. Many people replace the rocker cover at a great expense and find that this is a reoccurring failure.
This kit is designed to be  a permanent fix for this issue, by removing the OEM PCV and allowing the pressure to be released from the engine, like a more traditional crankcase breather system. This kit is able to either be vented to atmosphere with pipework routed to underneath the car or to a vented catch can. It allows the engine to breathe better and run cleaner by avoiding vapourised oil entering the intake and turbos.
The patented design has been tested on heavily tuned cars running up and under heavy track use.
If you have been experiencing excess exhaust smoke, a leaking rocker cover gasket, or a whistling sound from under the engine cover, then this is the solution.

The kit consists of everything needed to vent to atmosphere. If you are using a catch can, additional fittings may be required.

The kits are compatible with the high strength alloy undertrays which is a replacement for the OEM plastic undertrays. These have profiled positions for the hoses to connect to, to give that clean factory finish.
