Strut braces are one of the most common and effective upgrades on a vehicle. With the installation of a strut brace, the chassis gains structural rigidity – reducing the risk of deformation and offering greater strength to the chassis. In addition, the behaviour of the car is improved and stability is gained when cornering.

Karbonius Composites were inspired by the BMW Performance bar to make their own product. They designed a piece that is extremely light and robust at the same time, which not only provides the vehicle with rigidity and stability, but also a touch of elegance in the engine compartment thanks to a very careful aesthetic.

The bar is made of prepreg carbon fibre and cured in an aluminium mould and autoclave. The aluminium machining is manufactured in a 5-axis CNC machine, and the titanium nuts bring the whole piece together.
