The coolant expansion tank in the F90 M5 / F9X M6/M8 platforms often leak. Due to its position a leaking coolant tank can harm your coils and injectors, leading to expensive problems. In extreme cases, coolant may seep into cylinders due to loose spark plugs, risking a hydro-locking or water damage to your engine.

RS Ghigo’s kit includes their billet one-piece tank, Mishimoto 2.0bar cap (same as OEM Spec) and level sensor all ready to be fitted as an easily swapped upgrade – all plug and play bar a simple wiring plug swap (plug and pigtails supplied).

Each tank is quality controlled and tested to a minimum of 4bar of pressure. This is double what the system releases pressure at and ensure that under normal operating circumstances the tank wont fail or leak, and will come with a QC label attached for reassurance and peace of mind.
